August Newsletter
Summer is starting to wind down, but the Ryan Blaney Family Foundation still has lots going on to raise funds and awareness for brain health.
Community Give Back
The RBFF in partnership with Spokes of Hope will be hosting a Community Give Back Day at Sharon Speedway on Friday, August 16 at 4pm. If you or someone you know is in need of household items, cleaning supplies, personal care supplies or paper products, please come to this drive-thru style event to receive these items for free!
Lou Blaney Memorial
The 16th Annual Lou Blaney Memorial will be held at Sharon Speedway on Saturday, August 17th. Aside from the great racing, there will be many opportunities to help raise funds for Alzheimer’s while getting your hands on some amazing things. There will be a silent auction, along with a raffle auction. Plus, the RBFF booth will be there selling merchandise and providing free information on Alzheimer’s and concussion. For a $5 donation, you can also get your picture with Ryan’s 2023 NASCAR Cup Series Championship trophy!
Silent Auction
We will once again have a silent auction at the Lou Blaney Memorial, and it will be available to those attending and those at home, as it will be hosted online! Some items include signed racing gloves worn by Dave, Dale and Ryan, along with replica helmets, merchandise bundles and more! Preview for the silent auction will go live on Friday, August 16th, with the auction going live on the morning of Saturday, August 17th.
