AUCTION JANUARY 2026  |

WHEN THE HAMMER DROPS, HOPE BEGINS

Barrett-Jackson is once again joining forces with NASCAR Cup Series Champion Ryan Blaney to turn a piece of automotive history into a force for good. At the 2026 Scottsdale Auction, held January 17 to 25 at WestWorld of Scottsdale, a one-owner 2005 Ford GT will cross the auction block with all proceeds benefiting the Ryan Blaney Family Foundation (RBFF).

BARRETT-Jackson + Ryan Blaney: Driving Impact Together

The Mark IV Red 2005 Ford GT is a standout example of one of Ford’s most celebrated performance cars. Powered by a 550-horsepower supercharged V8 and paired with a six-speed manual transmission, it has been kept in a climate-controlled garage since its original purchase. With its painted racing stripes, red brake calipers, BBS forged wheels and McIntosh stereo, the car is in exceptional condition.

The donor, a lifelong Ford and NASCAR enthusiast, chose to part with it after seeing Alzheimer’s disease impact his own family, believing the car could be used to fuel the Foundation’s work.

A Partnership
with Purpose

This marks a renewed partnership between Barrett-Jackson and Ryan Blaney, who first teamed up in 2020 when a custom 1974 Ford Bronco sold for $650,000, with every dollar going to RBFF. Now they are coming together again to create another unforgettable moment as Ryan joins Craig Jackson and the Barrett-Jackson team on stage in Scottsdale to inspire bidders and raise support for families confronting Alzheimer’s disease and other brain-health challenges.

About the Ryan Blaney Family Foundation

Founded by NASCAR Cup Series Champion Ryan Blaney and his family, the Ryan Blaney Family Foundation is a North Carolina-based 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness, providing resources and funding programs for individuals, families and caregivers affected by Alzheimer’s, other dementias and concussion-related brain injuries. The mission is deeply personal. Ryan’s grandfather, Lou Blaney, passed away from Alzheimer’s at 69, and other close family members have experienced serious concussions. Those experiences inspired the Blaney family to create the Foundation to bring hope, care and resources to others so that no family has to face these challenges alone.

Since its founding, the Foundation has granted over $1 million to programs that provide direct help to families affected by Alzheimer’s or concussion diagnoses. This includes no-cost support groups, caregiver training, respite care and educational resources. RBFF has provided more than 2,000 hours of respite care, giving caregivers time to rest and regroup while ensuring loved ones continue to receive quality care. It has also funded four two-year fellowships at the renowned UPMC Concussion Clinic, expanding access to specialized concussion care in communities across the United States.

Among its signature programs are Care for the Caregiver, which offers respite grants, caregiver retreats and support groups; the Forget-Me-Not Program, which brings comfort and connection to individuals living with dementia; the Dementia Day Care and Garden Program, which equips adult day centers with enriching resources and therapeutic outdoor spaces; and the Heads Up Youth Helmet Program, which provides helmets and concussion caps to children in under-resourced communities. RBFF’s Fund-A-Fellow initiative continues to train concussion specialists to serve patients nationwide.
