RBFF Visits Phoenix Memory Care Center to Deliver Smile Boxes
The Ryan Blaney Family Foundation visited the memory care facility, BridgeWater at Avondale in Avondale, AZ, prior to the NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race. The RBFF stopped by to visit with the residents during their Friday Happy Hour! BridgeWater kicks off their weekend by having a Happy Hour, full of fun, dancing and socialization! Some members from the RBFF got to enjoy the party with the residents.
Most importantly, the RBFF dropped off Smile Boxes for all 23 of the memory care residents. Smile Boxes are a RBFF program that provides boxes full of comfort items for Alzheimer’s and other dementia patients. Inside the boxes include a coloring book and colored pencils, a small stuffed animal, fuzzy socks and toiletry items.
